Buttons Bags and Bows

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your order if you return it in its original condition/packaging within 30 days of the shipment date of the product(s).  We highly recommend that you ship the items back to us using a traceable shipping service.  All shipping costs to return the items to Buttons Bags and Bows are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable. Refunds will be the price you paid for your order minus shipping and handling costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Please send the unused items back to us at the following address:  Attn:     Buttons Bags and Bows (Returns),  339 Campbell Hill Road,   Chancellor, AL  36316   USA.  Please be sure to include a copy of your order number and your name and address so that we know which order is being returned.  Also, please send your reason for the return.  We will not be able to process your return if we do not know why it is returned.

Once we receive the item(s) back, and provided that they are returned in good, resaleable condition, Buttons Bags and Bows will request a refund be processed to you in the applicable dollar amount. Refunds are normally processed within 1 week of our request to process the refund.  The funds will be deposited back in your credit card account.  You may contact us at our email address of ButtonsBagsandBows@centurytel.net if you have any further concerns or questions.

Can you put together a custom nursery ensemble? TOP

 
ABSOLUTELY!  We offer a limited number of pre-coordinated baby nursery ensembles, but YOUR POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!!  We are always more than happy to work with you to put together your perfect dream order!  Just browse around and then let us know if you don't find THE ONE & we'll help you create it!

What is your standard shipping time? TOP

 
If the item is in stock then our standard delivery time is 2-3 weeks (please refer to item description). We ship all merchandise Monday thru Friday.   Certain items may be shipped out immediately and should be received within 3-5 business days.  If an item is needed immediately, expedited shipping arrangements can be made on most in-stock items, however, there can be substantial shipping costs.  Items are shipped via USPS, UPS and in some cases FedEx.

Where are you located? TOP

The retail shop is in southern Alabama.  However, many of our items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer to expedite  your receipt of your purchases.  We always strive to get them you to as quickly as possible!
